Jillian Brady is a Sr. Mortgage Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. Before joining United First Mortgage, she has spent the past 20 years collecting an impressive amount of knowledge and expertise in almost every aspect of mortgage financing.
She began her career in 1998, as a mortgage loan processor, working with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans at record breaking years, with First Security Bank. In 2000-2003, she processed mortgage loans at a local brokerage, Frontline Financial for 8 loan officers. From 2003-2008 she processed loans for up to 10 loan officers, as well as originated loans as a loan officer, for Delta Financial Group in Murray, Utah.
In October 2008, she also added construction loan financing, as well as commercial lending, to her expertise. She worked as a servicer, account rep, as well as an underwriter in the construction lending industry for Construction Financial Group, while still originating residential loans. She set up new accounts with local banks and credit unions to help expand the growing industry.
She also works as a credit analyst to help repair her clients’ credit, with a highly impressive success rate. She helps educate her clients in the parameters and calculations of their credit score, to help them achieve their financing goals.
In 2009-2011 She worked as a loan officer for American Equity Mortgage in Sandy, Utah. From Sept 2011 to March 2018 she worked at Christian Roberts Mortgage and received an excessive amount of top originator awards as well as receiving constant high rated reviews on multiple social media sources.
She is now focusing her career on being able to offer her clients the lowest interest rates, best service and lowest fees, and that is what brought her to United First Mortgage. This is an opportunity where she can offer wholesale rates, due to UFM continuously being at a “Tier 1” status. This allows her to stay on top of the competition. Jillian loves the mortgage industry and really enjoys being able to help her clients with each individual need, no matter how challenging.
Jillian has been married for over 20 years, has 3 children, and lives in South Jordan, Utah. She also has served on the board of directors for the Utah Down Syndrome Foundation as a newborn coordinator, and is now actively involved in supporting the UDSF and the community. In her spare time, she loves being active with her husband and children by boating, camping, hiking, yoga, running, and loves to cook.
